Адвокаты поссорились в суде по делу убитых аниматоров

An additional hearing concerning the murder of animators Tatiana Mostyko and Kirill Chubko took place on 16 марта at the Krasnodar Regional Court. During this session, disagreements emerged among the defense attorneys for the accused, leading once more to a delay in the legal proceedings. Об этом сообщает "Кубань 24".
The legal representatives for Demyan Kevorkyan, namely Vladimir Panteleev and Stanislav Lomaka, requested the court to re-read the testimonies provided by the other defendants, Anatoly Dvoynikov and Aram Tatosyan. Panteleev highlighted significant inconsistencies between the statements given during the investigation phase and those presented in court.
However, state prosecutor Natalya Kalikanova asserted that there was no valid reason for a second reading of the testimonies. Furthermore, the motion did not receive support from Dvoynikov"s attorney, Yanna Galagan, which provoked a confrontation within the courtroom. The judge, Igor Matsko, was compelled to urge the lawyers to maintain appropriate conduct.
Kevorkyan"s defense team also pointed out discrepancies in Tatosyan"s statements. Nevertheless, this point was likewise not supported by the other participants in the hearing.
Consequently, the case concerning the animators" murder remained without further progress, as defendant Kevorkyan indicated his intention to refrain from testifying until his final statement. The state prosecutor voiced her displeasure with this stance.
"Мне не совсем были понятны высказывания подсудимого Кеворкьяна о том, что он даст показания тогда, когда посчитает нужным. Поскольку это в целом влияет на ход судебного разбирательства. Мы не можем ждать до скончания века, а мы ждем несколько месяцев", - цитирует Наталью Каликанову "КП-Кубань".
The subsequent session, which will include a jury, is scheduled for 26 марта.
Напомним, 2 марта 2026 года судебное заседание отложили из-за отсутствия Владимира Пантелеева, адвоката Демьяна Кеворкьяна. После обсуждения суд принял решение назначить второго защитника для подсудимого. Сам Демьян Кеворкьян, обвиняемый в убийстве аниматоров Кирилла Чубко и Татьяны Мостыко, не признает свою вину.
